Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

  • Unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
  • Products that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return

  1. Email contact@myskincarely.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address in the United States.
  3. Ship the items back in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective or sent in error.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method (PayPal). Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping is free, so no shipping is refunded.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it and place a new order.
